Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products, services, and information provided by Sayar Automotive Private Limited (referred to as "Sayargrops", "we", "us", or "our") through our showroom in Vellore, website, and related channels. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Vehicle Purchases & Pricing

• Ex-showroom prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final on-road price includes RTO, insurance, road tax, and optional accessories.
• All vehicle specifications, features, and colours are as per Tata Motors' production and may vary from the images displayed.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable booking amount. Booking amount is non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to stock availability, production schedules, and registration processes.

3. Payments & Finance

• All payments must be made in INR through accepted modes (cash, card, NEFT, bank transfer).
• Finance and loan processing are handled through our partner banks. Approval and interest rates are at the discretion of the financial institution.
• Any delay in payment or loan disbursement may affect delivery timelines.

4. Warranty & After-Sales

• Tata Motors offers a standard manufacturer warranty on all new vehicles. Extended warranty can be purchased at additional cost.
• Warranty is void if the vehicle is modified, used for racing, or subjected to abuse beyond normal driving conditions.
• All service and repairs must be performed at authorised Tata Motors service centres to maintain warranty validity.

5. Returns & Cancellation

• Vehicle once delivered and registered cannot be returned or exchanged, except under applicable consumer laws.
• Cancellation of a booking is subject to a cancellation fee as per our policy. Full refund of the booking amount is not guaranteed after the vehicle is allocated to you.
• Any cancellation request must be made in writing to our sales team.

6. Privacy & Data

We collect personal information (name, contact, address, etc.) to process your purchase, test drive, or service request. Your data is securely stored and shared only with Tata Motors or our financing partners for official purposes. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing without your explicit consent.

7. Test Drive & Online Enquiries

• Test drives are subject to availability and prior appointment. We reserve the right to verify driving licence at the time of test drive.
• Online enquiries and requests for quotes do not constitute a binding contract. A formal quotation will be provided at the showroom.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sayargrops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or the purchase/operation of a vehicle. All vehicles are subject to Tata Motors' standard terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts at Vellore, Tamil Nadu, shall apply to any disputes arising under these terms.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website and at our showroom. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
